WHO WE ARE:

The Placer Sheriff's Activities League (PSAL) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to fostering positive relationships between law enforcement and young people in Placer County. Our goal is to empower our youth by building trust, understanding and strong relationships with the Sheriff’s Office. We provide opportunities for young people to engage in meaningful experiences alongside Sheriff’s Office staff. In doing so, we strive to assist local youth in growing self-esteem, resiliency, and personal development.

ABOUT PSAL:

PSAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit; all funding for PSAL operations comes from grants, donations, and fundraising events. All programs and activities offered by PSAL are provided at no cost for participants or their families.

PSAL runs an afterschool program M-W at Rock Creek Elementary School, at 3050 Bell Road, Auburn.  Placer county youth, ages 8-17, may attend any or all days from 3:30-5:30. During our afterschool program, a quiet and supportive homework space is provided, along with opportunities for a variety of engaging activities.

The Placer Sheriff’s Activities League offers several other programs and fun opportunities.
